Refund policy

 

Refund and Cancellation by Bulchee:

Bulchee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. This may occur due to limited stock, pricing or product information errors, issues identified by our fraud prevention team, or any other reason we determine. In some cases, we may request additional information before accepting an order. You will be notified if your order is canceled fully or partially, or if further details are required to process it.

Refund and Cancellation by Customer:

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it has been shipped to the provided address. Registered customers can check their order status anytime using the https://bulchee.in/ option. After receiving a cancellation request, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the card used is no longer active, the refund may be issued via cheque. Once initiated, the refund will be credited directly to your account or sent via cheque.
